Each of you have helped me stay alive and return to an active lifestyle. I have a great amount of respect and gratitude for your contributions and talent. As you each have talent and a gift to help people in need, I thought that having each others email might provide and avenue of communication about not only my situation but about possible benefits for others from these surgery techniques and hardware alternatives to fusion. No one wants to (or I think should) have surgery until it is the last option. Also, I'm quite sure many people who can afford the operation would like to maintain range of motion and activity over fusion or sedation.
